ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Candace Good, MD is a board-certified psychiatrist and the owner of Sig: Wellness Studio in State College, PA. She currently specializes in college and inpatient mental health.
She graduated from the Penn State College of Medicine in 1999. Dr. Good is an active board member for the Pennsylvania Medical Society (PAMED) and was recognized as a Distinguished Fellow of the American Academy of Child & Adolescent Psychiatry (AACAP) in 2017.
Dr. Good enjoys knitting and spending time with her family and rescue hounds.
